The SUN18 Class B autoclave, with an 18-liter capacity, is designed for effective and safe sterilization of a wide variety of medical and cosmetic instruments. It utilizes fractionated pre-vacuum technology, ensuring thorough sterilization of catheters, needles, endoscopes, speculums, dental handpieces, files, and scissors, among others.
Functionality and Versatility
The SUN18 model is equipped with four automatic programs, allowing sterilization at 121°C or 134°C. The device is suitable for both non-porous instruments, such as scalpels and scissors, and porous tools like files or microdermabrasion tips. It can also be used to sterilize textiles, as well as components made of plastics and rubber, making its range of applications exceptionally wide.

The SUN18 Class B sterilizer meets the European prEN 13060 Class B standards, making it suitable for beauty salons, medical and dental offices, as well as tattoo studios. Thanks to its high effectiveness and compliance with safety requirements, the device helps maintain superior hygiene in environments where sterility is crucial.

The SUN18 autoclave comes complete with: two metal trays, a tray holder, a water container, a drainage hose, a power cable, a spare gasket, two additional fuses, and user manuals in both Polish and English. User safety is ensured by an electronic door lock and a chamber made of acid-resistant stainless steel, which guarantees the device’s durability and reliability.

The device’s external dimensions are 56x44x40 cm, while the autoclave chamber is 40 cm deep with a diameter of 23 cm. The total weight is 52 kg. Power supply is 220-230 V, 50/60 Hz, with a power rating of 1800 W. Depending on the selected program, operating time ranges from 20 to 45 minutes. The autoclave holds CE and EC Directive 93/42/EEC certificates, confirming compliance with European quality and safety standards.
