We ship to all countries of the European Union

If you are a customer from the European Union – please register and log in to our store with the appropriate billing and shipping data.

Our system will automatically calculate the delivery cost for standard shipments up to 30kg for items in your shopping cart. They will also give you an estimated delivery time for your order and apply the appropriate tax rates. Standard international shipments are delivered by DPD standard courier.

In the case of heavier shipments, oversized or pallet shimpents, the system will not calculate the cost automatically. You will be able to place an order, but the delivery cost will be verified by our sales representative only after we have received your order.

After verification, you will be informed about the cost of delivery by e-mail within no more than 3 hours (during our working hours)

Oversized and pallet shipments are sent by DACHSER and RABEN freight forwarders, depending on the country handled. The delivery time depends on the forwarder and the country of delivery. Usually, it does not exceed a week of time for farthest countries

If you are a business customer with an active EU VAT number – you need to place an order with a 0% tax settlement in your own country – please indicate this in the order process. Our employee will verify that your EU VAT number is active and we will issue you a tax-free invoice.
